Mental Health Awareness Week

This week in Year 2 we have been thinking about ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy. We have had lots of fun spending time exploring things to do outdoors. We have been drawing, reading, exercising and lots more.

    What lovely ways you have found to keep your mind and bodies healthy 2M. I always find that spending time outdoors, especially in the forest, is very calming and relaxing.
