Below are three tasks (Maths, English and Science) that need to be completed today and emailed back by 2.30pm this afternoon to email@example.com.

English– For your English task today, you are going to apply your knowledge of co-ordinating conjunctions.
Write a description of the above image of the planets in our solar system. Use as many co-ordinating conjunctions as you can and ensure your writing it cohesive.

This half term in our Science lessons we are going to be learning all about uses of everyday materials. We will be exploring a range of everyday materials through investigations and explorations. They include: ways to test materials for elasticity and flexibility. Children will also work in small groups to design and make a paper bridge to hold a toy car. Here is the knowledge organiser which you can use to talk to your children about their learning or to aid further research.
