Good morning Reception

Hello Reception, today is Thursday and today at 8pm is when we clap/make noise for our wonderful NHS and Key worker’s. Today’s task is to make a noise shaker to use tonight. All you will need is a plastic bottle or container and then something noisy to fill it with; pasta, rice or beads will work a treat! I can’t wait to see photographs of your shakers!

Daily Challenge

Good morning Year 1, we hope you are enjoying your home learning challenges this week.

For today’s challenge we would like you to research and learn about Continents and Oceans.

There are some very catchy songs to listen to, which I know you won’t be able to stop singing, and you can look on a world map to find where the continents and oceans are.

Continents Song –

Oceans Song –

Can you tell us any facts you have learnt about them?

I recall how much you enjoyed learning about the Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Greece back in Year Three. This text reminded of those times. Enjoy!
